Delivery of Digital Products

Upon completing your purchase of digital products from TheBusinessTea.net, you will receive instant access to download the purchased items. The download link will be provided to you via email or directly on the confirmation page after checkout.

Delivery Timeframe:

Digital products are typically available for download immediately after purchase.
In rare cases where there may be a delay in access to the digital products, you will be notified promptly via email.

Accessing Your Digital Products:

To access your purchased digital products, simply click on the download link provided in your order confirmation email or on the confirmation page after checkout.
Most products are contained within a ZIP folder containing the product and instructions for use or access. To access the files within the ZIP folder, unzip the file using applications such as WinRar or Unzip for Window or simply Double Click on the ZIP folder if using a Mac to extract the files within.
Should you have purchased a product that is editable in Canva, the Canva link will be contained within the Instruction Document.

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, except in cases of technical issues or product defects as outlined in our refund policy.
